Firm Overview
At the forefront of its consumer practice, Stuart Law Firm brings justice to people who have been harmed by fraudulent health insurance marketing practices.
Stuart Law Firm is a national leader in this quickly evolving area of litigation. Clients from across the country rely upon the firm's experience and its unwavering commitment to securing redress.
Sham insurers have convinced hundreds of thousands of American policyholders -- who believe they have purchased peace of mind -- to buy policies that leave all their personal assets exposed in the event of a serious illness.
Many who have fallen ill under these sham policies have been faced with financial ruin after being denied the coverage they were promised during the sales presentation.
These sham policies are so riddled with limitations, exclusions, and restrictive language that they cannot reasonably be considered insurance. Consumers would not purchase them if their limitations were revealed up front.
Stuart Law Firm also continues its quest to right injustices inflicted against consumers by negligent manufacturers, doctors and hospitals, large corporations, and unscrupulous professionals.
The firm's clients are ordinary people or small businesses who may feel unable to stand up to a large and powerful interest backed by a legion of lawyers.
The right to trial by jury, however -- upon which the American legal system rests -- is a great equalizer. Before a jury, a corporation that has engaged in illegal or wrongful conduct is held to the same standard of responsibility as any single individual.
Not all attorneys are equal in experience, accomplishment, or capability. Stuart Law Firm clients receive the highest available standard of representation.
Antony Stuart began his formative years in association with preeminent Los Angeles trial lawyers R. Browne Greene and Bruce A. Broillet, eventually leading to a partnership in Greene, Broillet, Paul, Simon & Wheeler (1989). He was a founding partner of Paul & Stuart in Santa Monica (1990-96) before establishing Stuart Law Firm in 1997.
Emboldened by the pervasive abuses of large corporations and authority figures, Mr. Stuart and his firm set out to right the wrongs committed against consumers and small enterprises.
